AMC is privately owned by our two founding Directors, Shirley and Chris Croucher, who have between them over 50 years experience in the insurance and recruitment industry sectors. We are not commission driven, we are driven by our desire to achieve successful results through the placement of high quality candidates.

Exceptional customer service is our number one priority, as opposed to achieving targets such as 'having to submit a certain number of CV's' or 'having to achieve a certain number of interviews' over any given period.

Our Customers are our Clients and Candidates and both are of equal importance to our business.

Having worked directly for insurance companies and brokers, we fully understand the importance of key relationships such as Broker / Client and Broker / Underwriter. We also understand the crucial part that the interaction between departments plays in the success of all insurance organisations. We always keep these things in mind when recommending candidates to our clients and vice versa.
