AMC Insurance Appointments began trading in 2005, with the aim of creating a unique recruitment agency - one focused on customer service and satisfaction as opposed to targets and sales. 
 
Over the past 18 years, Shirley and Chris Croucher (Directors and Founders) have worked hard to ensure that our company name has become synonymous with Insurance industry expertise, quality, superior levels of service, honesty and most of all respect for all of our clients and candidates.
 
At AMC we possess a unique insight into the full life cycle of insurance business. We also have specialist knowledge of the London Insurance and Reinsurance markets. It is our aim to utilise this depth of knowledge to the benefit of our Clients and Candidates.
 
The depth of our reinsurance knowledge is further demonstrated by the fact that we have worked for a combined total of almost 40 years in many of the actual jobs that we now actively recruit for; such roles cover Underwriting, Claims, Broking as well as Operations and Finance, with experience gained in both London Market and Regional UK environments.
